Description:

  • MIG-Weld Catalytic Converters according to specs and production sheet
  • Ability to use plasma cutter (Training provided)
  • Understand the set up of each unit
  • Clock in and out of jobs as necessary
  • Follow welding procedures as stated on production sheet
  • Understand weld sequence for units being welded
  • Meet daily welding quota as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
  • Ability to take instructions and meet deadlines
  • Alert Supervisor to potential fit issues
  • Maintain and promote safety while using machinery (Welding Machines, Grinders, Plasma cutters, PPE)

Job Title: Setup Machine Operator

• Set up all units in frames for the Direct Fit welding line
• Maintain speed and accuracy with set up of all units being welded
• Communicate with Setup department Supervisor or Manager regarding fit issues
• Ability to use basic hand tools, additional training on Industrial machinery (if necessary)
• Take direction from Supervisor to complete units in a timely manner

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Description:

• Supports the Maintenance Department with the upkeep and maintenance of the facility and equipment in accordance with plant policies and procedures (ex. lockout tag out, PPE, safety policies)
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
• Complete all preventative maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
• Assist with daily facility inspections and properly document findings
• Assist with troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs, fabrication of electrical or mechanical (to include PLC’s), hydraulic and pneumatic components of all plant equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and diagrams for electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to utilize ruler, micrometer and multi-meter to accurately determine distances, clearances and electrical characteristics
• Will be involved in moving and reconnection of new and existing equipment
• Must be familiar with all aspects of building and grounds preventative maintenance
• Assists in monitoring the operation of plant equipment to minimize unplanned downtime
• Works to solve equipment problems in a timely manner, and identifies opportunities for improvement
• Ensure that all safety protocols are functioning correctly on equipment and facilities
• Follows all Safety requirements
• Keep Maintenance shop and offices in good working condition
• Through the guidance of the Manager or Supervisor fulfills tasks associated with the maintenance and repair of systems
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Maintain personal tools and have the ability to operate a wide variety of power tools
• Keeps area, machines, tools and equipment clean, organized and clear of debris
• Follows all workplace policies and procedures
• Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment
• Performs other work related duties as assigned
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Welding experience (MIG) a plus

Job Title: Custodian

Description:

• Maintain a clean working environment for all staff and visitors
• Ensure all areas are safe
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms (both office and plant)
• Clean, mop, wash, buff and vacuum floors
• Empty trash cans throughout office and plant
• Maintain outside walkways, walking areas, including sweeping debris, and washing walkways when necessary
• Maintain landscape: water, cut and trim shrubs and grass
• Clean and polish fixtures throughout office and plant
• Track and order maintenance supplies with Supervisor
• Clean windows in office and plant (if applicable)
• Dust furniture
• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Plant Manager and GM

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Description:
• Ensure all finished units are thoroughly inspected both visually and dimensionally
• Ensure design, production and/or special specifications are met prior to stock or shipment
• Visual inspections of all welds and comparisons to samples
• Dimensional and frame checks
• Read all of written specifications
• Complete all Inspection sheets required
• Complete inspections in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain a clean and neat work area
• Maintain safety when using machines or equipment
 Smoke Testing Equipment
 Forklifts, Pallet Jacks etc. (as required)
