Job Title: Setup Machine Operator

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are currently accepting applications/resumes for future positions within our maintenance department.

Description:

• Supports the Maintenance Department with the upkeep and maintenance of the facility and equipment in accordance with plant policies and procedures (ex. lockout tag out, PPE, safety policies)
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
• Complete all preventative maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager
• Assist with daily facility inspections and properly document findings
• Assist with troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs, fabrication of electrical or mechanical (to include PLC’s), hydraulic and pneumatic components of all plant equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and diagrams for electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to utilize ruler, micrometer and multi-meter to accurately determine distances, clearances and electrical characteristics
• Will be involved in moving and reconnection of new and existing equipment
• Must be familiar with all aspects of building and grounds preventative maintenance
• Assists in monitoring the operation of plant equipment to minimize unplanned downtime
• Works to solve equipment problems in a timely manner, and identifies opportunities for improvement
• Ensure that all safety protocols are functioning correctly on equipment and facilities
• Follows all Safety requirements
• Keep Maintenance shop and offices in good working condition
• Through the guidance of the Manager or Supervisor fulfills tasks associated with the maintenance and repair of systems
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Maintain personal tools and have the ability to operate a wide variety of power tools
• Keeps area, machines, tools and equipment clean, organized and clear of debris
• Follows all workplace policies and procedures
• Maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment
• Performs other work related duties as assigned
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Welding experience (MIG) a plus

Job Title: Quality Inspector

We are accepting resumes/applications for future CNC positions

Role and Responsibilities

· Firm understanding of GD&T and metal material properties

· Read, write, and edit G-Code from technical drawings

· Strong foundation with speed, feed, and MRR calculations

· Independently set up and operate CNC equipment(3 axis end mills, turret lathes, and plasma tables)

· Select appropriate material, equipment, and tooling based on application

· Perform and set up multiple part zero tooling and work offsets

· Study sample parts, engineering drawings, and technical information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to manufacture components

· Design and machine fixtures, indicators, hard tools, dies, and parts to meet production and R&D requirements

· Measure, examine, and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers

· Confer with engineering, supervisory, and management personnel in order to exchange technical information

· Ability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues

· Complete necessary machining for small and large flange production runs

· Maintain a clean and orderly work area with appropriate safety practices

· Maintain safety when using machines

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· High School Diploma or educational equivalent (GED)

· Experience required: 1-3 years of experience in similar role

· Strong analytical, math, computer, and communication skills

· Experience with Haas and Hurco controls is a plus

· Knowledge of MasterCam is a plus
